Compliance reviews consist of the following elements that assure the increased participation of minority groups, disadvantaged persons, and women on projects:
We conduct desk audits which consist of a full contract audit within the project milestones of 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% completion periods. This includes prompt payment and document reviews.
We conduct onsite reviews which consist of two review types for construction and non-construction work: Commercially Useful Function (CUF) which reviews a firm’s place of business in person, and a Labor Site visit which reviews staff while working on a construction contract.
We reach out to the non-compliant firms and do our best to assist them to become compliant. If we are unable to do so, this can result in a firm being listed as non-compliant and removed from a contract and/or responsible for appropriate damages.
