Boarding Change, Delays Between Addison and Montrose
How does this affect my trip?
Board/exit trains on the O'Hare-bound side of the platform at the Irving Park station.
Trains in both directions will operate on the same track between Montrose and Addison, resulting in minor delays.
Allow extra travel time.
Why is service being changed?
We are performing track maintenance to ensure that trains continue to operate safely along the Blue Line.

How does this affect my trip?
Board/exit all trains on the 95th-bound side of the platform at the Roosevelt, Harrison, Jackson, Monroe, and Lake stations.
Trains in both directions will operate on the same track between Cermak-Chinatown and Grand, resulting in minor delays.
Allow extra travel time.
Why is service being changed?
We are performing track maintenance to ensure that trains continue to operate safely along the Red Line.

Bus Terminal Service Resumes
#11 Lincoln

How does this affect my trip?
#11 Lincoln and #49B North Western buses will resume boarding at the Western Brown Line off-street bus terminal rather than the temporary northbound bus stop on Western Avenue at Eastwood.
Northbound #49 Western and #X49 Western Express buses will resume stopping at their normal location in front of the Western Brown Line station’s entrance on the east side of Western Avenue in front of the station.
#20 Madison Bus Stop Change

How does this affect my trip?
The eastbound #20 Madison bus stop on the northeast corner at Madison/Central Park will be relocated to the northwest corner.
The westbound #20 bus stop on the southwest corner at Madison/Central Park will be relocated to the southeast corner.

65% more service weekends/holidays.
The #35 route is now part of CTA’s Frequent Network. Buses will operate every 10 minutes or better along the entire route, 6am to 9pm on weekdays and 9am to 9pm on weekends.

Service is being improved as part of CTA’s Frequent Network for buses.
#44 Wallace/Racine Earlier Sunday/holiday Service

50% more service Sundays/ Holidays.
The #74 route is now part of CTA’s Frequent Network. Buses will operate every 10 minutes or better along the entire route, 6am to 9pm on weekdays and 9am to 9pm on weekends.
In addition, buses will run more frequently on Weekend/Holiday evenings.

#76 Diversey Earlier and Later Weekend Service

#78 Montrose Routing Change

How does this affect my trip?
#78 Montrose buses will no longer operate on Clark between Montrose and Wilson. Buses will instead operate in both directions on Ashland.
• #78 buses will no longer serve the bus stops at:
o Clark/Montrose - go one block west to board buses at Ashland/Montrose instead
o Clark/Sunnyside - go one block north to board buses at Clark/Wilson instead
• Eastbound #78 bus stop on the southeast corner at Clark/Wilson will be relocated across the street on the southwest corner.
• Westbound #78 bus stop on the southwest corner at Clark/Wilson will be relocated across the street on the northwest corner.
• Eastbound #78 bus stop on the southeast corner at Ashland/Montrose will be relocated to the northeast corner.
The westbound bus stop is not affected.
Additionally, westbound #78 buses will now serve the southbound bus stop at Ashland/Wilson which also serves the #9 Ashland.
#85 Central Added Service
