New stations opened July 20, 2025!

The new Lawrence, Argyle, Berwyn and Bryn Mawr stations are designed to serve you better, with modern amenities including full ADA accessibility, escalators, elevators, wider platforms, enhanced lighting and security and real-time travel information displays. And with the newly rebuilt Red Line elevated track now in service, you'll experience smoother, faster and more reliable rail service.

You can access the new stations at:

  • Lawrence: 1120 W. Lawrence Ave.
  • Argyle: 1118 W. Argyle St.
  • Berwyn: 1119 W. Berwyn Ave.
  • Bryn Mawr: 1116 W. Bryn Mawr Ave.
  • Bryn Mawr - Hollywood entrance: 1119 W. Hollywood Ave.

 

Project Background

The Lawrence to Bryn Mawr Modernization (LBMM) Project rebuilt the Lawrence, Argyle, Berwyn and Bryn Mawr stations, including the tracks and support structures. Major track and station construction of the 1.3-mile footprint began in 2021 and was completed in 2025.
