It doesn't cost a pot of gold to head to Chicago's St. Patrick's Day festivities! We make it easy and affordable to get to the river dyeing and more. Plus, tap-to-pay is available on all CTA trains and buses.
Rail: All rail lines to downtown will provide access to the parade and river dyeing area.
Bus: Several routes in the area may be rerouted. See a list of routes below.
In the area of Grant Park, temporary street closures may occur due to events leading up to, during and following the Chicago St. Patrick's Day Parade.
CTA bus routes—particularly ones that operate on Columbus Drive and Michigan Avenue may be affected by either a temporary reroute or they may need to end their trips short of their normal route.
